All too often, the news is filled with tragic stories of lives being taken upside because of car wrecks. Unfortunately, the scenario played out again in Pelham, Alabama where the lives of two people were claimed as a result of an automobile collision. As reported by ABC 33/40, a wreck on a county road in Pelham, Alabama, claimed the lives of both vehicle operators. Car wrecks on back county and country roads claim the lives of numerous people each year. This is often due to the small roadway, inattention of drivers crossing the center line, and unfortunately some times, due to impaired motorists driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Following an investigation into the circumstances of these types of accidents, it is usually determinined that merits exist for pursing a wrongful death case. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the loved ones involved in this most recent fatal crash that claimed the lives of two more Alabama citizens.
