Jessica Brooks

Associate Attorney

Jessica was born in Birmingham and raised in Florence, Alabama. She attended the University of Alabama on a full academic scholarship, double majoring in English and Political Science. While at Alabama, Jessica was also a member of the Blount Undergraduate Initiative, and honors program that focuses on obtaining a well-rounded liberal arts education. After college, Jessica received her law degree from Loyola University’s College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, earning a graduate certificate in international legal studies. While in law school, Jessica also volunteered with the Katrina Clinic, assisting clients with contractor fraud claims arising in the aftermath of the hurricane.

After moving back to Alabama, Jessica happily joined the social security department at Wettermark & Keith. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama and Georgia. Jessica is proud to be a member of the Alabama and Georgia State Bars, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the Birmingham Bar Association. Jessica and her husband, Dustin Brooks, reside in Birmingham.
